3) Never download any files claimed to be a Habbo program unless they are on one of the official Habbo hotel websites.
4) Never type your username and password somewhere that claims to be Habbo hotel. There is only 1 Habbo hotel !
5) Always use the email address your isp gave you and never use your hotmail, yahoo or aim email address !
6) If you do use a hotmail email address make sure your secret question is very hard to guess and not something obvious.
7) You cant get free credits so if anyone tells you that you can, report them, do not do what they tell you to do.
8) The moderators are there to help so report any Habbo you see breaking the Habbo way as we want to get rid of the bad guys.
9) Never tell anyone any of your personal information !
10) Obey the Habbo way and you'll be ok !

the best thing to do if you encounter any of the problems above is to follow this simple guide:

1) If your furni disappears or you see ph boxes try re-installing shockwave player.
2) Clear your cache and cookies by going to your internet browser ›› tools ›› internet options delete files ›› delete cookies ›› click on content ›› clear ssl state.
3) If the problem persists then try restarting your computer or restoring it to an earlier time.
4) If you still haven't fixed the problem then use the Habbo help tool for further guidance.
5) You don't need a step 5 because after you have contacted Habbo im sure they will fix your problem.
